1. Membership

The Montauk Tavern App is available to patrons aged 18 years and over.

By registering for the app, members agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Membership is free and intended for personal use only. Accounts, barcodes and offers are non-transferable and must not be shared, copied or reproduced.

Members must provide accurate and complete information when registering and agree not to create multiple accounts. Montauk Tavern reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts suspected of misuse or false information.

2. Member Discounts & Offers

Members may receive access to exclusive discounts, offers, promotions or venue benefits through the app.

Offers:

• may vary from time to time

• may only apply to selected food or beverage items

• may not be available during public holidays, special events or promotional periods

Discounts and offers cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.

Montauk Tavern reserves the right to modify or remove offers at any time without notice.

All offers are subject to availability and may be subject to correction in the event of pricing or system errors. Montauk Tavern reserves the right to withdraw or amend any offer where an error has occurred.

Members have no entitlement to ongoing or future offers, and participation in the program does not guarantee continued availability of any specific benefit.

3. Barcode Use

Members may be required to scan their personal barcode at the venue to access member pricing or promotional offers.

Montauk Tavern reserves the right to refuse discounts where:

• the barcode is invalid

• the account appears duplicated or shared

• misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected

Only one member barcode may be used per transaction unless approved by management.

Montauk Tavern is not responsible for any failure to redeem offers due to technical issues, device failure, or connectivity problems.

4. SevenRooms & Guest Information

The app may integrate with SevenRooms and other venue systems.

By registering, members acknowledge that Montauk Tavern may collect and store information including:

• name

• email address

• phone number

• booking history

• venue visit activity

• redemption history

This information may be used for:

• member verification

• booking management

• personalised offers

• venue marketing and event communications

Members may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

SevenRooms and other third-party service providers may process data on behalf of Montauk Tavern. These providers operate under their own terms and policies, and Montauk Tavern is not responsible for their system performance or data handling practices beyond reasonable control.

All personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Montauk Tavern’s Privacy Policy.

5. Responsible Service

All promotions and offers are subject to responsible service of alcohol requirements.

Montauk Tavern reserves the right to refuse service, entry or redemption of offers in accordance with venue policies and Queensland licensing laws.

Montauk Tavern also reserves the right to refuse entry, service or participation in the program where a patron behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, abusive or non-compliant manner.

6. Changes & Termination

Montauk Tavern reserves the right to:

• amend these Terms & Conditions

• suspend or terminate memberships

• cancel offers or promotions

• discontinue the app or program at any time

Suspension or termination may occur without notice where misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, text, graphics and materials within the Montauk Tavern App remain the property of Montauk Tavern and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Montauk Tavern is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from the use of the app, participation in the program, or redemption of offers, including indirect or consequential loss.

Montauk Tavern does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the app or its features.

• marketing related activities relevant for our business

• management/owners of our member outlets

• suppliers that we have engaged to carry out functions and activities on our behalf
